Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Richtlinie für not-/schlechtwettersituationen

Tournament is indoors. Only under severe weather circumstances would the event be cancelled. An email would be send the day before if there is a chance of cancellation.

The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to fixed costs, refunds will not be provided within after January 20th and are made at the discretion of the event partner.

Judging Format

 

  • We are planning on In-Person Judging but Engineering Notebooks will be turned in Electronically on robotevents.com no later than Friday January 26 at 5pm.    

  •  Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation, with a submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
