Thank you for registering for the Over Under Tournament at Dallas ISD's STEM Expo. Please be sure your V5 brains are updated along with the controllers. We are using the Smart Field Controller so be sure you have your team numbers assigned to the brain so it displays correctly.
This event is open to spectators.

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).
Unfortunately, there will be no make-up in case of weather cancellations.
Refund and Payment Policies
In the event that the tournament is canceled by the event administrator, a refund will be issued to registered teams. If a team/coach cancels their registration, it must be done at least one week prior to the event, or no refund will be granted.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
The deadline to submit Digital Engineering Notebooks is Thursday, February 1st.
