Desert Christian Schools is pleased to be able to host our 4th Annual Duel in the Desert VRC Qualifier in Southern Arizona!
Please be sure to complete the online participation release form prior to arriving to our event. You may choose to bring physical copies of the release forms to the event, but please note that a parent must sign off on the release form (we will have extra copies at our event, but completing the form online is much easier and prevents a lot of hassle during registration).
We are planning on having pit areas located inside our main building around our campus.

There will be no refunds for bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given (with the exception of the $5 processing fee given to RobotEvents).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given, unless it is for an extenuating circumstance. If this is the case, please contact me at [email protected]
If teams have not paid prior to the payment deadline (January 19th at 6:00 PM ET):
Teams will be moved to the waitlist.
Health and Safety Policies
We ask that if any members of your team are experiencing symptoms of sickness 24 hours prior to the event that they would remain at home as a precaution.

We are planning on providing a livesteam of the tournament on our YouTube channel! Please visit there the day of the tournament to see the competition play out.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
