Allgemeine information
Rossum Rumblers Robotics are hosting the 6th annual ASU Polytechnic VRC Qualifier for the 2023-24 VRC season.
The event will take place at the ASU Polytechnic Campus in the Sun Devil Fitness Complex. There will be signs directing parking for participants and audience members in Lot 16 (across from the SIM building) or Lot 10 (Student union parking lot). Parking is free for this event.
If you've never been to our campus before, we have lots of food options less than 5 minutes away. Alternatively, you can even eat on campus in the Citrus Dining Hall or the Student Union.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

As we are in Arizona, it is extremely unlikely the event will be cancelled due to weather. If an emergency occurs, we will notify everyone registered the tournament is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
All payment must be submitted by November 3, 2023. Failure to pay the event fee will result in your team being moved to the waitlist and other teams allowed to take your place.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be distributed, excluding the $5 RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be available.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
