The Robolabs Foundation invites your teams to participate in the flagship VEX Worlds Championship qualifying One World Showcase Event @ UC Berkeley, California. As part of the One World Initiative, the first registered team from each country will receive a complete registration fee waiver. With 120 top-notch teams from all over the United States and the globe competing at the #1 Public University in the World, the One World Showcase Event promises to be one of the most exciting events of the 2023-2024 VEX Robotics Competition Season. Volunteers Needed!
We will need a lot of volunteers to set up the venue on the preparation day and to operate the event smoothly on the competition day.

Richtlinie für not-/schlechtwettersituationen
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
In the case of an emergency/bad weather, we will make adjustments to the agenda and notify all teams via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
- Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled by the host.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
