Allgemeine information
Welcome to the Wayne Co. Winter Wonderleague Blended VEX V5RC High Stakes League. This year it will be held primarily at Wooster High School in and around the Library and Engineering Room. You will enter throught the S11 doors on the SE front of the building. Parking is availiable in the East Teachers Lot. We will be up the stairs in the library. We will compete offer the standard 6 awards and several others (dependent on size of the league) to recognize individual team contributions and effort.
The tentative dates, times and activities will be as follows:
Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 from 3:30- 8:00 PM Qualifying Matches and Skills Competition
Tuesday, January 14th, 2024 from 3:30- 8:00 PM Qualifying Matches and Skills Competition
Tuesday, January 28th, 2024 from 3:30- 8:00 PM Qualifying Matches and Skills Competition
Tuesday, February 11th, 2024 from 3:30- 8:00 PM Judging, Skills Competition, Alliance Selection, Tournament Rounds and Awards

If there are any school closings with the participating schools we will reschedule the league night for that date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Registration fees will not be refunded.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the last meeting of the league Tuesday, February 11th, 2025. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
