The event will take place in the Liberty cafeteria. Please enter through the main entrance of Liberty High School.

Parking

Please park on the south side (main entrance) of campus in the general parking lot near the flag pole.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Richtlinie für not-/schlechtwettersituationen

In the unlikely event of weather that would lead to a cancellation of the event we will do our best to relay that information as early as possible via email. 

In the event of COVID-related issues that could jeopardize the event, we will work with REC Foundation to offer an alternative event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full refunds will be issue if Liberty has to cancel the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund minus $5 RobotEvents processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 30, 2024.

50% refund on paid registration fees from December 1, 2024 - December 18, 2024.

No refunds after December 18, 2024.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline is currently January 7, 2025.
