All event registration fees must be paid two weeks before the event or your team will be moved to the waitlist.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Thank you for volunteering!  There will be a volunteer meeting at 7:30am.  Badges, breakfast and lunch is provided.

In an event of an emergency, the event will be postponed and rescheduled.  Coaches will be directly contacted.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event registration fee will be refunded or postponed to another scheduled date.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend the registration fee will be refunded minus the $5 admin fee. However, this only applies no more than one week before the event. Reimbursement is not available one week before the event.

Judging Format

In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Engineeriing Notebooks are due no later than December 11th.
