Allgemeine information

For this event we will be trying to hold the tournament during a school day.  Similar to how students are released for other athletic events and excused we will be utilizing the conference room of our school district and other spaces.  We're hoping that this will ease some of the costs financially and also on the time of our school volunteers.

Refund and Payment Policies

  • Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by the event partner.  Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.
  • Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come. 

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Ensure digital engineering notebooks are submitted prior to 1/18/25 at 12:00pm
