Allgemeine information
Similar format to last year! No judging, but we will offer skills.
3-3:45 teams arrive. Parking in the back of the school (Intervale and Grant St intersection) is the best option. You can park under the solar panels. If there is no security guard at the booth to let you in there just call 516 244 0670 and we can send someone down to you. Find your way to room 263. The elevator is in the 140's/240's hallway.
Inspection complete by 4 pm (Coaches be sure to review bots for readiness and size before you arrive)
4 pm Info meeting for all attendees, followed by match start. We expect teams to have 4-5 matches per evening
expected fininsh time: appx. 7:30 pm nightly.
For skills night, each team will have an equivalent time block to complete their 6 runs, at least one full hour.
Complete list of meeting dates:
12/13/24, 1/10/25, 1/22/25 (Skills only session, scheduled and flexible), 1/31/25, and 2/7/25 (Eliminations, Finals and Awards)
We have found that it is easiest to have each coach arrange dinner plan for their team...there are a ton of delivery options but the local places will want to deliver to the front door at 150 Lincoln St. If you are looking for easy/cheap pizza try Rosemaries and call them directly.

We will neeeeeed to draft some scorekeepers, preferably from multiple schools. as well as find some folks willing to become referee certified. If we can't get other volunteers, coaches will need to draft stand-in coaches and become certified refs on our own, taking turns.
