Allgemeine information

Beavercreek Robotics Club l is proud to host a VEX V5 Robotics Competition invitational league for Beavercreek, OH High School and Middle School teams.   

The league sessions will be held at Beavercreek High School in our robotics classrooms and will feature 1 competition fields and potentially a skills/practice field.  Skills will run concurrenlty during each session.  This will be a relaxed environment on match nights so that teams can have a chance to play matches, run skills, AND mentor each other.

The season will consist of four qualification sessions and 1 tournament session on the following THURSDAYS:

Qualification Session 1:  October 17, 2024,  from 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Qualification Session 2:  November 21, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Qualification Session 3:  January 16, 2025,  from 6:00 - 8:00 pm  

Qualification Session 4:  February 6, 2025,  from 6:00 - 8:00 pm  

Finals Session:      February 27, 2025, from 5:00 - 8:30 pm (Judging and Finals)

Electronic Notebooks should be submitted by 15 February and Inerviews will be conducted in person on 27 February.

Due to space limitations, there will be limited room for spectators.  Please try to limit attendance to team members, coaches, and any necessary adult chaperones.

In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If this league is canceled by the Event Partner, a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, registration fees will not be refunded.
