IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The Judging Format will be Remote Engineering Notebooks/In-Person Interviews for this event. All engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally via RobotEvents by Monday, January 27th, at 11:59PM to be reviewed by judges.
- We will be using Smart Field Control to connect to fields! Please ensure your team has set up their robot to connect to our fields following the instructions available here.
- Dates - Saturday, 2/1 from 8:00AM to 3:00PM
Location - Springs Studio for Academic Excellence/Pikes Peak Early College "The Campus" - 6113 Constitution Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80915 - Lunch will be provided for participants. Bringing outside food is allowed, but be aware we are a nut-free building (we recommend all teams bring drinks and snacks for the day).

This invite only event has qualifying criteria in order to earn an invitation. Invites will be sent to teams in PPR leagues that are A) Near the top of the qualifying rankings as of December 7, B) near the top of league skills rankings or C) Event partner exemptions. We're thrilled to announce that The Campus will host several live robotics tournaments in 2024-2025!
To make these tournaments a success, we need your help! We're seeking volunteers for various roles, including:
1. General event support
2. Judges (professionals in engineering, design, or technical trades)
3. Head Referee (20+, VEX certification required) or Judge Advisor (18+, VEX certification required)
Whether you're a parent supporting your student, a sibling interested in robotics, or a community member wanting to contribute, there's a place for you on our team.
If you'd like to volunteer, please follow these steps:

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be issued, minus $5 per registration.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Partial ($30) entry fee is refundable up to 72 hours of the event.
Weather
Since it is not a school day, the EP will discuss the conditions with the Principal if needed and send you an update via email and text the coach number on file as early as we feel like we can reliably make the decision. The decision is ultimately that of the Principal, however we will hold the tournament if possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be issued, minus $5 per registration.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be issued except extenuating circumstances.
Health and Safety Policies
While you are encouraged to bring your own snacks be aware the Campus is a nut free building.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for engineering notebook is Monday January 27, 2025 @ 11:59PM
