Allgemeine information
The Knight Time Bots (Foothill High School - 6627) invite you to participate in the 2024 Excalibur Challenge "High Stakes".
This years tournament should be exciting and we look forward to hosting the 5th Excalibur Challenge.
Our students will design and build custom trophies and we will have banners for tournament champs/excellence award winners.
A snack bar will be availble throughout the day. Lunch will be on your own from local fast food resturants.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

7:00 AM Doors Open, teams check-in, turn in notebooks and check-in table

8:30 AM Inspection Ends
8:45 AM Drivers Meeting
9:00 AM Competition Begins (qualification matches)
12:30 PM Lunch Break (Skills field will remain open during the lunch break)
1:00 PM Qulaification matches resume

3:15 PM Elimination matches end, clean up pts
4:15 PM Awards
4:30 PM Teams depart, tear down and clean up by volunteer satff

Each team will be notified in case of an emergency/bad weather and cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given if the event partner cancells the event and the event cannot be rescheduled or you cannot attend the new rescheduled date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be given up to two weeks of the vent date. If a team withdraws within the two week window of the event date a refund will not be given.
Webcast
Event will be webcast on the day the tournamnet is hosted. Details will be sent as the event draws near.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
