Allgemeine information

We are looking forward to welcoming your teams to beautiful Arsenal Technical High School for our second V5RC event!

Our tournament will take place in the West Gym on our campus. Please enter campus through the main entrance off of Oriental Street.

Parking will be available in the main parking lot. We will have a loading/unloading area available next to the Gym for your convenience. Please do NOT park in the Legacy Center parking lot adjacent to the gym. Park only in the main bus lot.

Concessions will be available in the West Gym. More information will be shared about concessions and nearby food options in an email approximately two weeks prior to our event.

We will have a skills field open throughout the day.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

All posted match times are approximate, and we will strive to run the event as efficiently as possible, on time, and we will allow matches to get ahead of the posted times if we are able.

Richtlinie für not-/schlechtwettersituationen

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. I will also send an email to mentors/coaches on the contact list.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be given minus the $5 team fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
