Allgemeine information
Pennsylvania teams will be prioritized for this tournament. While non-Pennsylvania teams may register, they will be placed on the waitlist and added to the tournament if there are open spots one week before the event.
This is a high school event hosted at Black Rock Middle School. There will be two skills fields, along notebook judging, with the opportunity to win the Judges, Innovate, Design, and Excellence Awards. More information about parking and the competition space will be added closer to the time of the event.
Come for the competition, stay for the snack bar! Pizza orders will be available, along with other food and beverages.

Agenda
All times are approximate and subject to change.
7:30 am - Doors open: check-in and setup pit area
7:45 am - 9:00 am - Inspection / limited practice (4 teams per field, 10 minute sessions) - Main competition area (theater). Teams MUST pass inspection before practicing!
9:05 am - 9:20 am - Driver's meeting
9:30am - 12:00pm - Qualifying Match Rounds (Skills will open at 9:30am)
Approximately 12:00pm - 12:45pm - Lunch
12:45 pm - 2:00 pm - Qualifying continued. Skills will close after the final qualification match.
2:20pm - Alliance Selection
2:30 pm -4:00 (approximate) Elimination rounds
4:15pm - Clean up and Event Close

If the event needs to be postponed due to weather or other circumstances, the plan will be to compete on Sunday, November 17, 2024, following the same agenda. Potential postponement will be determined by LMSD administration.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be provided in the case of event cancelation by the event partner. Refunds will not be provided if a team decides to withdraw, or is a no-show at the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
