SCS Schools / Teams only

Admission of $5 / Adult.  Teams will get 1 coach band / registered team.  Event is held at HHS in the main gym.  Enter the main doors which face main street (on the side of the building).  Doors will open at 8:30am and teams should head to inspection right away.  Driver meeting starts at 9:15am.  We will try and get 6 matches / team.

 

 

 

Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food information will be added closer to the tournament date.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com.

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email [email protected] to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.  You are also fed a light breakfast and an amazing lunch.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

  • No refund will be given.
