Parking will be allow in any available parking space, overflow parking will be allowed on the grass area around the field.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

7:45-8:30 a.m. Check-in
8:30-9:00 a.m. Inspections (please have your robots pre-checked prior to attending)
9:00-9:30 a.m. Welcome and opening announcements
9:30 - Skills field open until end of Teamwork Qualification Matches   
9:30-2:45 p.m. Teamwork Qualification Matches 

12:00-12:45 p.m. Lunch (lunch and concessions will be sold at the venue)
2:45-3:30 p.m. Finals Matches
3:30-4:00 p.m. Awards Presentation

In the event of an emergency cancellation or any other change in plans, teams will be notified via the team contact information available through RobotEvents.com

Refund and Payment Policies

Per the RobotEvents.com fee structure, $5.00 of each registration is used by their organization for processing and it is NOT refundable.

Refunds will ONLY be issued in the case of the event being canceled.

No refunds will be issued to "no show" teams.

If your team has not paid by the payment deadline, December 20th, you risk being put on the waitlist. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
