Allgemeine information
Welcome to Tri-West Middle school "Rapid Relay" tournament of this 2024/25 season! This is a state qualifying Middle School event. We run a fast paced exciting event! We will not take a lunch break or a dinner break, but we do offer a cash and cedit card concession stand (hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, drinks, snacks, etc). Our goal is to wrap up the competition by 5:30 P.M. Doors will open at 12:30 P.M. with inspections and judging interviews beginning at 12:45 P.M. The team drivers meeting will take place at 1:30 P.M. and matches will begin at 1:45 P.M. Skills Challenges are offered and skills fields will open after the team meeting. Judging at this event will take place after the drivers meeting and run till 4:30. We would like all teams that want to participate in Judging to bring a hard copy of their Engineering notebook. Wifi will be only available in the pit area (cafeteria). The Tri-West campus is made up of the High school and the Middle school. The Middle school is just off of SR 136. You can park in the back of the school (south side of building) and enter through door number 7.

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, teams will be notified via the email address listed in Robot Events the evening prior to the event or by 9:00 AM on the day of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is January 3rd, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

The Tri-West campus, Middle School and High School, are located on the South East corner of US 136 and SR 39.
Tri-West middle school is locted about :15 west of 465 on 74. Take the Lizton exit and go south less than a mile to 136, stop light. Turn left (East), school will be on your right. You can park behind the school and enter through door number 7.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
