HPE is hosting a VEXIQ scrimmage for VEX IQ Rapid Relay

This is a scrimmage league.  There is no judging, no awards, and this event does not qualify teams for the state championship.

RSVP sign-ups will be sent before each session. Sessions will be cancelled if fewer than 4 teams RSVP by 6pm the night before the session.

Please see the agenda tab for session schedules. 

This is a 100% volunteer-run event.  We ask that all registered teams provide a volunteer for at least one session, such as setup, cleanup, field reset, team queuer etc.  Volunteer signups will be shared with the coaches of registered teams.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

  • 5:00pm - Doors open, inspections, field open for practice
  • 6:00pm - Scrimmage matches begin

No Refunds will be issued to teams. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the event is cancelled due to less than 4 team RSVP, no refunds

If the event is cancelled due to weather or unforseen circumstances, event will be re-scheduled,  no refunds will be given.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds 

 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
