Allgemeine information
Congratulations on qualifying for the North Florida Regional Tournament!
We are so proud of all of the hard work from all of our teams.
Please note:
Be at your match on time. If no member of a Team is present in the Driver Station at the start of a Match, that Team is considered a “no-show” and will receive zero (0) points. The other Team in the Alliance will still play and receive points for the Match.
Robots on the field must be ready to play. If a Team brings its Robot to the Field, it must be prepared to play (i.e., batteries charged, sized within the starting size constraint, etc.)
Robots must be placed on the field promptly. Repeated failure to do so could result in a violation of the game manual.
We will be running matches on or ahead of schedule, so please have students arrive at the queuing tables 5 minutes ahead of their match. This is a championship event, so please ensure that all team members understand that matches will be run on time.
Pit Areas
The team Pit Area will be located in the cafeteria and all skills and teamwork matches will be in the gym. It is each team’s responsibility to make it to their matches on time. We recommend that you download the VEX Via app.
Download VEX via from Google Play or the App Store.

Judging Format
Remote Judging for the North/Central Florida Regional Championships
To ensure a fair and thorough evaluation process, the initial round of judging for this year’s North/Central Florida Regional Championships will be conducted remotely. This approach allows our judges ample time to make well-informed decisions while promoting an equitable experience for all participating teams.
Design Notebooks
Please ensure your Notebook URL is up to date on RobotEvents.com. Judging for digital notebooks will begin on February 18. If you register for the tournament after this date, be sure to update your link at the time of registration.
While we will make an effort to contact teams with problematic links, we must also respect our judges’ time and efforts. Please review the submission guidelines to avoid any issues:

- Teams may join separately from home or together from a single location, based on their preference.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to seeing you at the competition!
