Welcome to the Middle School VEX IQ Full Volume State Championship. We look forward to hosting you at Silver Ceek High School In Longmont. 

Please remember to look at the volunteer tab and agenda for any changes. 

     -Agenda Tab was updated on 2-5-24

     -To help support our tournament, we are asking all teams to have a person volunteer.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be March 6, 2024. 

Refunds will be available up to February 24, 2024, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents Fee.

  • 8:15 AM Skills Opens 

  • 9:15 AM - 9:45 AM    Kickoff Meeting/Opening Remarks

  • 9:45 AM - 12:30 PM  Qualification rounds/Skills/Judging 

  • 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch

  • 12:30 PM - 2:45 PM   Qualification rounds/Skills/Judging 

  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM    Finals and Awards Presentation

We are looking for 1 Volunteer from each participating Team. These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly.  

Jobs we are looking for:

  • Check In Table

  • Robot Inspection - will be train onsite 

  • Queuing Manager

  • Pit Manager

  • Field Reset (3rd Grade and up!)

  • Judges

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be Rescheduled and no refunds will be available.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST


If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
