This event is for Eastern Washington teams. 

Final Tournament Information Email will be sent to primary and secondary team contacts on Tuesday, January 16th by 8:00pm

**Teams who have not paid their registration fee by Monday, January 15th will be moved to the waitlist and risk losing their spot.**

Teams will be allowed 1 coach in the pit area. Inspection and Practice Fields are for students and event staff ONLY. Parents and anyone else associated with your program must remain out of the inspection line, pit area, and practice fields.  

Concessions: Will be provided by Foothills Middle School PTO from 10:00am - 2:00pm - cash and cards accepted.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Potential refund (less $5 RECF Fee and $5 Processing Fee) - as every attempt will be made to reschedule the event at a later time or move registration fee to an alternate event. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  This is case by case, but generally, refunds are unavailable.             

**All payments must be PAID by January15th** or your team will be moved to the waitlist and potentionally bumped from the tournament.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Notebooks are to be submitted at team check-in.
