Welcome to the HPE Capital Qualifier in Durham, North Carolina! 

• Please make sure to have all of your consent forms uploaded before competing at the event.
• Safety glasses will be required. 
•  Digital copies of the Competition Logbook need to be uploaded on Robot Events by 5pm on Feb. 20, 2024 to be considered for judging. 
• Remember to bring drones, controllers, batteries, laptops, extension cords/power strips, etc. 
• This event is located in the Southeast Region
• Teams who are from the Southeast Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the Southeast Regional Championship

• Only registered teams and mentors should be in the pit area during the event, while spectators should remain in the gym to watch the competition. 
• Only team members, official volunteers, and referees should be on the competition floor.

Southeast Update 11.3.203

• This event is located in the Southeast Region which includes:  Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. 

• Teams who are from the Southeast Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the Southeast Regional Championship - in Jackson, Mississippi  at the Mississippi Coliseum on April 12-13, 2024.

• The award(s) that qualify for an invitation to the above regional championship will be found on the awards tab by December 1, 2024.   Additional invitations may be issued by January 12th based on the number of teams and events in the region.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.
