Update: This event was originally scheduled for Jan. 13th but has been rescheduled to Feb. 3rd.

1.22.2024 NEW Location:  The event has been moved to Hanks Middle School (11201 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79936) 

South Central Region

  • This event is located in the South Central Region which includes: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. 

  • Teams who are from the South Central Region and earn a qualifying award at this event will be invited to the South Central Regional Championship - Location and Date TBA.

  • The award(s) that qualify for an invitation to the above regional championship will be found on the awards tab by December 1, 2024.   

  • Additional invitations may be issued by January 12th based on the number of teams and events in the region.

Please note: If you are a team from outside this region, you may attend the event and will be eligible to earn awards and post scores to the global skills rankings, but you are not eligible to earn invitations to regional championships from this event.

 

Welcome to the The Kingdom Aerial Drone Tournament!  We have changed the date to Feb. 3rd. 

  • Doors open at 8am.

  • The event is in the main Gymnasium of JM Hanks High School. 
  • Please bring all of your own power strips/extension cords, tools, parts, etc.
  • Teams should bring a physical copy of their Competition Logbook to submit to the judges at the event.
  • See Agenda for More Details. (Remember this is a tentative schedule and may be adjusted as needed.)

In case of an emergency or bad weather, we will send out an event cancellation email to all coaches and volunteers as soon as that decision is made (hopefully the night before).  

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded $50 of the $55 event fee if the event is cancelled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and the team does not attend: Refund will be given in the amount of $40 if requested at least one week before the event.
