1820: Reset during Programming Skills: Can motor still be running?

Hi, For VEX IQ Full Volume Programming Skills challenge, during a reset to a legal starting position, can motors on the robot (for example, intake system) still be running, or must all components of the robot cease operation? I understand that, at the start of the skills run, no motors can be running; I just wanted to know if it was legal for motors to be running during a reset in the middle of the skills run.

Thanks!

Please review the Q&A Usage Guidelines before posting, specifically point 3, "Quote the applicable rule from the latest version of the manual in your question". Often, you'll find that by quoting the rule, you'll answer your own question.

<RSC5> does not contain any requirement that motors stop moving during a mid-Match reset. Therefore, yes, it is legal, provided that the interaction does not pose any safety risks (<S1>) and is not used to directly interact with any Blocks or Field Elements during the reset (<G9>).
