1099: A second clarification on enforcement of rules

57301R
16-Mar-2022

In the following question (https://www.robotevents.com/VRC/2021-2022/QA/1076) the clarification was made that the judgment of right or wrong falls to the head ref. Understood. There was also clarification made that video will not be evaluated during a match. Also understood.

The question I still have then is whether the event in the video provided in the previous question does not interfere with game play and therefore should have resulted in the opposing team being awarded credit for one additional raised robot or if the event rises to the threshold of interfering with game play and thus merited disqualification and the win being awarded to the opposing team.

Thank you.
