Event Description
This is the 5th annual Maine VEX Championship sponsored by the University of Maine College of Engineering and Fairchild Semiconductor.
Food: Homemade breakfast and lunch items will be for sale in the middle school cafeteria during the event.
This event is a “Level 1” Qualifying event for the 2013 VEX Robotics World Championship. In addition to sending the Excellence Award Winner to the World Championship, this event is a New England Regional Qualifier. Teams that win Excellence, Design, Tournament Champion, or Tournament Finalist Awards will qualify to attend 2 of 3 New England Regional Championship events. In addition to these award winners, all teams advancing to Quarterfinals will be invited to attend the New England Regional Championship Events.
