Event Description
PRIOR is proud to host the 2nd Annual Latin American Robotics Championship. This "M.S. Rookie" tournament will be for new teams that qualify. Also, will be a qualifier for the VEX Robotics World Championship. The goal of the Latin American Robotics Championship is to inspire students into STEM, and develop the engineers and scientists of the future.
Hundreds of schools from around the Island will visit the Coliseum and will see this VEX Robotics Championship.
Jan 20th will be Inspection and practice day. Jan 21th and 22th will be the full competition days with qualifying rounds and playoffs. Teams need to first register in the VEX Robotics Competition to get their official team number, qualify in a official regional competition and then sign up for this Latin American Robotics Championship afterwards. We're looking forward to hosting the VEX Robotics Competition and "Gateway" game and can't wait to see all the teams in January.
