Event Description
All 32 slots for the HZR Stampede, a world championship qualifying event, have been filled! Registered teams include Bionic Bayhawks of Chesapeake High School, REX from Dulaney high school, and Super Sonic Sparks. We are working to create room for teams that are on a waiting list. 'The Hereford Zone' is located in northern baltimore county and surrounds the I-83 corridor, making it convenient for teams in Maryland, Virginia, central and south eastern Pennsylvania. The HZR Stampede will be held at Hereford Middle School in northern Baltimore County. Hereford Zone Robotics consists of students from Hereford high school, Hereford middle school, Prettyboy elementary and Gunpowder elementary schools. Teams considering entering this competition are asked to contact Chris Putnam (cputnam@bcps.org) or Michael Doddo (mdoddo@bcps.org), to express interest. register now before event is sold out!
